The Graduate Certificate Program - Independent Studies

This institute-based certificate program meets alternate route requirements toward credentialing in Drama Therapy as an (RDT). This distance learner 24-36 credit program fully trains perspective drama therapists in a variety of drama therapy approaches. We have Board Certified Trainers as well as faculty who are Registered Drama Therapists with experience in a wide range of drama therapy- related modalities.

This one to two year 36 credit, 800 hour internship program is individually tailored to meet each student's needs. The BCT mentors continue to support appropriate movement and attainment toward RDT credentialing. Class scheduling is suited to working students. The program is appropriate for students who are currently enrolled in graduate programs or who have completed a psychology/counseling, drama or arts therapy based graduate program..
